x² + 6x  7 = 0 has the same solutions as x²  6x + 7 = 0 (as one example).
But, this question is phrased like a multiple choice question, so can you please include the choices?

How about the equations 3(x2+6x7) = 0, or e^x * (x2+6x7) = 0 or x3  4 = 0.

From Mike G: (x+7)(x1) = 0
x = 7 or 1

same solution as x^2 +6x 7 =0
since you can multiply both sides of the equation by
an integer constant k and keep the same solution.
any equation such that
k ( x^2 +6x 7) = 0
where k is a nonzero integer will have the same solutions
so
k = 2
2x^2 +12x 14 =0
k= 2
2x^2 12x +14 =0
k = 50
50x^2 +300x  350 =0
so pick any nonzero integer k and multiply the
original by it. Then, it will have the same
set of solutions.
