Why do younger chronic pain patients get treated like crap?
I'm not saying it doesn't happen to older chronic pain patients, but oh my goodness the way the majority of people treat us younger ones, like our chronic pain couldn't POSSIBLY exist because of our age, even with a diagnosis and all. 🙄

Sadly, the number of folks who misuse, sell, divert or abuse narcotics make many providers reluctant to use narcotics for chronic pain issues.
