Relative location of China in relationship to what or where? And as the Ming Dynasty covered about 2,500,000 sq mi that would be a lot of coordinates to give an absolute location

The Ming Dynasty ruled China from 1368 to 1644 AD. This is, of course, a relative date as reported in the Western world. As for physical location, - the Capital, Beijing, is located at 40° N, 116° E. This, of course, is relative to the prime meridian and the equator being defined at 0°.
In this context, I have no idea how you would establish an "absolute location".
