How much of a threat are the latest fighter jets towards modern attack helicopters?

Depends a LOT on which fighter jet and which helicopter we are comparing.

The venerable A-10 Wart Hog can kill any tank in the world.  On the other hand most modern tanks have the ability to kill any fighter jet.

It isn't an absolute.

Dude, WW2 era fighter planes from any of the major Allied or Axis nations (which had no jet engine) would make mincemeat of modern attack helicopters, nevermind modern jets like the F-22 or F-35.

They're totally different types of aircraft. Attack helicopters are designed for CAS, i.e. ground targets like enemy infantry/armor/artillery.

helicopter rotor is inherently a big target ... for both radar and missiles.  jets, however, have limited number of missiles so the question may become whether the copter is worth killing

Not much.   The problem is a fast moving jet fighter gets one shot at the copter THEN the fighter is moving away from the copter.   All the copter has to do is rotate and it can put a missile right up the rear of the jet fighter.    That is why the jet fighters are more likely to just fire a missile from a long way away.   Like the USAF did years ago when it shot down two US Army copters.    The fighter pilots did not want to get close enough to actually identify the copters and simply relied on the AWACS telling them they were not OUR copters.
