    06. He’ll arrive within the hour.

He’ll arrive within the hour, then we know when he will arrive.

** This one is basically repeating itself and is not giving any new information. You could say:

He'll arrive within the hour, so we have an idea of when he will be here.

    07. I won’t be able to go.

I won’t be able to go, because I have more important thing to do.

    ** One little adjustment needed:

I won't be able to go because I have more important things to do.

Or, if it needs to be singular, you could say:

I won't be able to go because I have a more important thing to do. (this one is a bit clunky, tho.)

    08. He did it in desperation.

He did it in desperation, because he had few time to do.

**Sorry, no, this one needs some help. And I'm sorry, I am not sure about the context of the comment so I am going to just take a guess.

You could say:He did it in desperation, as he had no other options open to him.

    09. I don’t think he is anxious.

I don’t think he is anxious, he cannot stay loosing time with these things.

** Sorry, again, this needs some help. You could say:

I don't think he is anxious, he seems quite calm all the time.

    10. Both of them were broken.

Both of them were broken, then we will take it to the technician.

** Your tenses need to be adjusted for this. You could say:

Both of them were broken, so we took them to the technician.

Both of them are broken, so we will take them to the technician.
