Is it hypocritical for barber to speak to customer with social anxiety (whom the barber teases when he’s not around) about his love for God?

Let’s say the customer looks [from the barber’s perspective] suspicious and crazy, like a terrorist, due to his eyes staying wide open and looking left and right.  But he simply just gets “stage fright” wherever he goes, as he’s nervous.  But the barber has no sympathy and therefore talks and laughs about the customer behind his back to the other barbers and customers.   Is he a hypocrite if he says things like “I’m great, thanks to God” in response to customer asking “how are you doing?” while barber is cutting his hair?

Time to change your barber. The barber doesn't know how to behave appropriately in a workplace environment. Gossiping and talking **** behind customer's backs, certainly won't give him more customers.

Learn to relax man. Don't worry so much about what other people do.

So what if he is "hypocritical"? Does he cut your hair the way you  like it? If we only went to shops where the staff were morally perfect we wouldn't go anywhere at all.

Wouldn't it be easier to find a new barber?  You're basing your opinions on second-hand information.  Take it with a grain of salt.

Do you know what 'hypocrite' means? It  doesn't sound like you do.

But it's just human nature to laugh about someone who behaves really weirdly.

Many people have social anxiety but staring and constantly looking left and right is really strange.  Try to behave in a normal way, breathe steadily and don't give anyone cause to laugh at you!
