How often should you do Pilates ?
I do Pilates for 15 to 20 min everyday or 6 days a week. Is this too little or not enough to show results ? I’m trying to work up to more but sometimes I don’t have time or I fatigue.

Doing them that little, is worthless. You're just wasting your time. You need an intense 90 minutes per day for about a year before seeing even a minor improvement.
