Fix last iOS update?

Last Monday, my iPhone was working great.   The last update added a triple press button.  Ever since the update I’ve been using haptics.  Can anyone tell me how to remove the triple press function?  Will a back up restore work? I tried the reset everything function.

    Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Back Tap (on Face ID phones, Home Button models have that labelled differently but it’s still at the bottom of the Touch menu).
