When everyone where you live is arrogant, what can you do? ?

Where I live it is riddled with arrogant narcissistic people. 

How can I survive?

    That's just the mentality of some town's. I grew up in a town known for this. We moved out when I was 29 and haven't looked back.

    First thing is, study to be humble and helpful yourself. 

    No use complaining to use about them if you are one yourself.

    B) Stay in your feelings pouting over spilled milk. But eventually, you will learn that the advice handed down could have helped you in the long run.
