Why does my hands/finger tingling when I just have one cigarette. ?

I only smoke when I see my parents so I don’t freshly smoke. Maybe one a month. Every time I do. I get pretty lightheaded it and my finger hand maybe my feet as well start to tingle. Is there something wrong with me?

Because you shouldn't be smoking.  Stop.  Problem solved.  If your parents ask you why, tell them.
