IPhone 6s say sim not supported?

Iphone 6s In rose gold saying sim.card not supported but it don't make sense it works fine on Tesco an EE an its fully unlocked but it Dont work on Vodafone or Virgin media network

    Your phone has not been fully unlocked then. 

    Tesco piggybacks off O2 and EE provide services to Virgin Mobile but that does not necessarily mean that you can use Virgin or other services piggybacking from EE.

    Who unlocked your phone? If it was not the official source (whoever it was locked to in the first place) then it may only have a partial unlock (typical of many of those grotty little town centre mobile phone booths).

    Tesco uses the EE network, so it may be locked to EE.

    [Correction - Tesco use O2, as the other answer says, not EE].
