Does anyone get nauseated after taking zinc?

Question

I have been taking a low dose zinc supplement and getting nauseated.  I also get nauseated when eating shrimp (which contains zinc).  Could I be allergic to zinc or perhaps my body doesn't need it.  Anyone else relate?

Yes zinc will make you sick to your stomach it does me
