Are executive orders bad? What other countries have such a tool to bypass parliament approval ?

Although Executive Orders have the force of law, it can be reversed by a subsequent Executive Order; unlike laws enacted by the Congress.

Our Congress knows that a major problem in America is a better Voting and Ballot Law and they've done nothing, but griped because the people protesting against the rigged Voting Laws just exhibited in the 2020 election went to the Capitol and the violent extremists not the protesters broke into the Capitol. The Congress wants to say Trump incited it, but the Congress did when they refused to listen to the people. Not even the Supreme Court listened to the people. The state judges were afraid to try the voting laws and the whole thing was unconstitutional and evidently Congress doesn't care. Months earlier these extremists were burning, looting, breaking into businesses, churches and federal bldgs. and people were getting hurt because of BLM protesters and Antifa terrorizing people. It got so bad that the peaceful BLM protesters quit, but the ugly people kept doing it for months and the Democrat Mayors and Democrat Governors allowed it. Congress did nothing and Trump left it up to the Governors to control their state and use their Nat'l. Guard and the Democrats wouldn't let their police or Nat'l. Guard stop the destruction. Gutless Mayors, Governors, that should be voted out.

They weren't meant to be the way Obama weaponized them, then Trump used them mostly as intended, and now Biden is back to using them as a political weapon.
Not very American of Joe to do that but it does keep in line the way Obama thought of this as well as the pardon power.

Biden`s are so lame. They are really trying hard to make it look like he is doing anything.
