It's not Joe's fault. Nor did Trump kill 400,000 citizens. A president does not have power to intervene in domestic problems.  Obama didn't, Hoover didn't. A governor must ask. There never was a plan. Wilson didn't make one. No president has. In 2015, the CDC told governors to plan & prepare for a pandemic. None did. President Trump had to fill in the gap. When asked he sent MASH units. Biden will also have to deal with the pandemic in a legal way. He can't make laws, that's up to congress.

Joe will not be doing anything about anything.  He will be too busy retracting everything good thing Trump ever did.  And the rest of the time he and his chicken sh*t party will be blaming Trump for  the next four years.  Hell.. I wouldn't expect you to know basic medicine, but as it takes about 2 weeks for COVID-19 to be noticeable, and more days to die, guess what?  That was on Trump, who famously said last year that "COVID will be gone by April, when it gets hot".  (Did you somehow forget that?)
