How come you permanently ban users speaking  truth and let ANONOMOUSE keep reporting people they do not like and you do nothing to ban them?

Yahoo isn't listening, so you can get down off that soapbox now.

1 - You are addressing other users when you post here, who have NO authority to "ban" or suspended anyone.

2 - NO ONE is banned from Yahoo. If that were true, they would be unable to open a new account.

3 - YA accounts are SUSPENDED when they have had many violations report or when they've had one or more serious violations reported. No one here knows exactly what it takes as far as # of severity of violations. When a YA account is suspended, the user may still access their account, use Y!Mail and other Yahoo features (just not YA). It does not, however, prevent them from using any other Yahoo account they may have OR from opening a new one.

4 - ALL users have the ability, and responsibility, to report violations when they see them. It has NOTHING to do with users who take advantage of the Anonymous feature (there is no such thing here as ANONOMOUSE, unless some user has chosen that as their username).

5 -Wrongfully suspended accounts CAN be appealed by using the Help link at the bottom of every YA page, then selecting Contact US>Appeals>Appeal an Answers account Suspension.

6 - One person's "truth" may not be true for everyone, and regardless of that, even if a post is "true" if it doesn't conform to the Community Guidelines of YA and the Terms of Service of Verizon Media, it is a violation and doesn't belong on the site.

Glad I could clear that up for you. ☺

    First account suspension, huh?

You'll get used to it after about a dozen times.
