The Supreme Court won't even HEAR such a case even before the statute runs.
They can't reverse a case without agreeing to hear it.

Yes, the supreme court (state or federal) can do just about anything they want. But will they? Basically, a workman's comp case gets only ONE appeal, at most. After that, it would have to be really special to be accepted for further appeal. Like, one in a million.
If the case reached the STATUTE of limitations, then you would have a very hard time getting heard at the beginning.

It's STATUTE, not statue. Are you asking about the US Supreme Court (which will NOT take this case) or State Supreme Court (which might). If so, WHICH STATE. In general, no. Once a STATUTE runs, it's over.

Statute of limitations are limits on where you can start the process. So if it took that long to get there they will still rule on it if you get them to take the case.
