Nobody knows yet. It will depend on how soon enough people have beec vaccinated.

Flights are mostly operating normally, at least domestically.  I don't imagine travel restrictions will be completely lifted ever, and that travelers will be required to have the vaccine to travel to many international destinations.

Where do you want to go?  Flights across the Atlantic are running, as are flights in individual countries.  Still, at the best of times, I found breathing recycled air a a tub as large as my house flying through the air unpleasant.
