I was hundreds of miles away but the 'witch coven' put a hex in their 'book of shadows' that everything was going to be blamed on me, should I be worried about the GCPD and the WCSO?

Trump dabbled in witchcraft and all that Norman Vincent Peale stuff, I'd be worried if I were you. It eats you from the inside out, worse than covid.
