There's this thing called "covid", which has gotten a lot of people sick and killed about 400,000. Maybe you've heard about it.  There was also this riot on Jan 6th, that resulted in 5 deaths, and could have been much worse had the idiots who perpetrated it achieved their aim.  As a result of both, attendance at the inauguration was severely curtailed.

Momentum may be better placed in civil courts. That is what feds expect to work even though it often justifies unrelated issues, (pork).

Instead of watching t.v. sit in a public court room and witness the proper conduct of a court. It helps guarantee rights of civil and criminal cases. Easier without need of masks. Important now.
