You cant Unfortunately they took away the Private Message and IM Features 

YA Does not Allow Chat on here

As mentioned in your previous question "Email addresses aren't shown and no option to email or message other users exists, at this time. All methods to communicate with other users, were disabled years ago."

You can't. Emailing other members used to be an option here, but they stopped it years ago because the system was being abused.
