Why is VLAN 10 called VLAN 10? ?
What does the 10 means?
Update:

That's the VLAN ID.
You use it to identify a particular VLAN.
If you have 4 VLANs, you may tag them as: VLAN 10, VLAN 20, VLAN 30, VLAN 40 or however you want.

You can use VLAN-2 if you want to. People tend to spread out their use of VLANs so that they have room to insert news VLANs if needed. Sort of how one numbers lines in a program.
The VLAN numbers don't mean anything -- they're just the way we keep track of different VLANs. If you want to use VLAN-2, VLAN-3, and VLAN-4 -- go for it. Others might use VLAN-20, VLAN-30, and VLAN-40, instead.
