Can I sue someone because of fake Google reviews?

Question

Someone is creating several fake Gmail profiles and giving my business a star on Google, can I sue for denigrating the company's image?

And if the person was actually a customer of my establishment, could I sue the same?

If he’s a customer then he’s entitled to his opinion. If you don’t like it then do a better job next time. 

If he got his family to write fake reviews then you can sue.

Sure you can try but if it's true then you are out of luck and you will have to pay court fees and the person may counter sue.
