Is this a scenario all too often?
We meet and know someone for several months or years .
We develop a strong emotional bond with that individual.
Then one day, they are suddenly up and out of our life. And we never see them again.
Now we are left distraught.
Sound familiar ? Time and time again .
Is it even worthwhile to gather feelings for someone when typically they will eventually walk out of our life?

However an individual chooses to live life. One perspective is that to exist is to experience -- otherwise, it's not worth existing. Even if social relations weren't to last in one's lifetime for some reason or another, at least that person had the emotional experiences. For some people, experiencing things in life is worthwhile. If humans were developed with it, why not utilise it? Again, this perspective may differ for some.
