How do they treat OCD is there any hope for someone with bad Pure O for about 2 years now?

Depends on how far you have let it go. If you are a 10 out of 10 it will take about a month of ERP therapy and maybe a serotonin reuptake inhibitor if it is comorbid with depression.

They treat it with Exposure therapy. If it is severe you may be referred to an actual psychiatrist so they can decide if it needs medicated.
