Redirection to unwanted website google search?
I was doing some search on internet on work related topic on work computer today (work computer, from home, during work hours). I clicked on a search result / link that sounded legit, but after few seconds, I have been redirected to a total other website that was a dating site. I after few seconds deleted the google history. I was wondering if the company (if ever scans my traffic) will be able to identify that a similar website during work hours was visited and if so would they be able to see that I was just redirected to the site and did not intentionally search that site on google?

Deleting the history is a sign of guilt.
You should have left everything as it
was and notified the IT department
about what happened... assuming
it actually happened as you say.
Yes, they can have server and
router logs of the addresses
you have visited, regardless
of the history in your browser.
