Should I make my children write thank you notes to Santa even though it’s been a few weeks since Xmas ended? Will that teach them manners?

I want to teach them manners and appreciation and three out of four of them believe in Santa. If they send it should I make a reply note from Santa thanking them for the thank you? Do other parents on here or do that at Christmas? Your kids have to thank Santa?

It's not a bad idea to both introduce your kids to written correspondence and to etiquette.  If you want to try it, you shouldn't be worried about whether it's popular or not - or what other people do or don't do.  Just do it.

(You might have more luck getting them to send a thank-you email.)
