Not necessarily.  My first husband (a 15-year marriage) had Sun in Scorpio, and could not read people if his life depended on it.

Understand that a person's "zodiac sign" is ONLY their Sun sign. Just 2% of the entire natal chart. The Sun Sign is easy to find, so it is easy to make money writing about it for the general public ... but it is not real astrology.  And everyone has all 12 zodiac signs active to varying degrees in their own personal natal chart.  So anyone who talks about someone as IF they are ONE Sign is either scamming you or they have swallowed the scam and are merely repeating it.
