I'd put 1000 in an s&p-based or total market index fund tomorrow, preferably VTSAX but which fund you pick is your choice, and dollar cost average $76.92 every two weeks for the next year.

You could invest it in some IT development project. If you do everything properly, you'll get a good revenue source. You could learn more about it here https://agilie.com/en/blog/why-you-should-consider...

Depends on your ultimate goal. If you want to become a real estate mogul, you don't buy vintage comic books.

idk. How much other money do you have ?? Paying down a car loan comes to mind. Do NOT apply to your mortgage because the payback is too long. Do you want to dabble in precious metals ?? Take a vacation for R & R to recharge your batteries (?) Maybe the best is to put the $ into the bank to pay bills, take advantage of longterm offers, and have an "emergency" fund.
