There is no such thing as dying twice. So why do some people believe it?

The 'final judgment', OR the 'Lake of Fire', is when the Second Death takes place. [Revelation 20:14]. Job says, "For the wicked are reserved for the day of judgment; they shall be brought forth in the day of wrath." - [Isaiah 66:24] says "their worm shall not die, and their fire shall not be quenched, and they will be an abhorrence to all mankind.”  <They will not cease to exist, nor will their fire go out>

Do you know what the Bible teaches about avoiding Hell? If you simply continue with the status quo of your daily existence, without radical change of heart, no noticeable change in your way of life and no serious commitment to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; your soul will be in Hell when you die (physically). As explained above, you will know what's next, but you will not be able to escape...

Sinners will be punished because they are stupid and rebellious, not because they are human. Many suppress thoughts of death and of the day of judgment. But will soon (and I do not wish it on anyone) experience it firsthand!

[Jude 1:23] Save others by snatching them from the fire; to others show mercy, mixed with fear--hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.

A Christian is a member of the body of Christ, which is accomplished by repentance, faith, and obedience [Acts 2:38]. {Mark16:16].

well i saw somebody die three times lol

hes alright now of course, but he died in his house and we almost began to grieve for his untimely passing,  then suddenly he began to move again but had a second heart attack more deadlier than the first one.

then as they were wheeling him into the ambulance the trolly thing,  the carrier hit the side of the doorway and whadya know - hes waking up again : ))

now the THIRD time he died was when they accidently confused him for the patient on in the other ward at hospital and informed him that his wife sadly didn't survive the accident -

just like that, he died again LOL

but he woke up again cos of that thing they do,  with those electro shock pads they apply on ye fecking chest BRRRZAAAAAAAP ! : ))

god bless him, hes a real trooper that fella.

The people who witnessed Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead believed it because they knew he'd been ill, died, and had been wrapped in grave-cloths 4 days earlier. The tomb his corpse was laid in then had a stone rolled over the entrance. His sister objected to Jesus saying to move the stone for "by now he must stink!" But Lazarus walked out of that tomb, alive and well, and may people believed in Jesus because of that miracle. Lazarus, of course, had to die again.

Reincarnation. Buddhists and Hindus believe in an infinite number of births and deaths, unless you escape the cycle.

    It’s scriptural

“And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”

    ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭20:13-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

    ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Because unbelievers and atheists have to die twice.  All humans have to die Physically that's the first death, and then Christians remain alive spiritually and go to heaven, but those who are condemned to Hell's flames to be tortured for eternity, are the ones mentioned in Revelation - they will suffer the second or spiritual death.

The second death has no power over those who are in the first resurrection (Revelation 20:6).

Those not found written in the Lamb's Book of Life will go to the second death (Revelation  20: 14 & 15)

Yes, the first refers to dying in our earthly body.  We then stay in our graves of urn until the Lord returns. Then the graves will be opened and those who remained true to Christ's teachings will be raised to eternal life with Christ and those who chose not to believe will go to 'their' eternity which will NOT be with Christ - that will be the second death.

There are people who have been labeled clinically dead, but were brought back.  So you figure it out.
