Dylan is a boy's name. That's it. You can respell it however you like, but it's still a boy's name. If this is the case, then name your daughter David, Daniel, Dover, etc, since you want a boy's name for a girl.

I personally dislike weird spellings of a name. In parent's attempt to be "unique", they manage bizarre with off the wall ways to spell a

Don't spell it like that--just use either Dylan or Dillon. There are plenty of names used by girls that weren't originally girls' names--why should this be any different. Your spellings are far too complicated.
