What do you think of my strength test competition ?
Hex bar lift (leg test)
Hip thrust ( hip test)
1 armed row (Lat test)
Bench Press (chest test)
Update:
Instead of ******* around with 2 lifts for the legs and one for the chest, and then Olympic lifts
Why not divide up into the strongest parts so you can score a human for strength more easily ?

If you wantt o measure power then a different sport or exercises this is strength
Update 4:
It just seems odd to dead lift squat and bench press I know they are big lifts but there are a bigger 3, so why not section off the strongest parts of teh human body?
