Who ENTERS more athletes into sport black people or white people?

Keep in mind theres less black people in the sport orientated western world, but also theres far more black people in teh world than white and they compete too but less can enter because they are less developed also

So while you get Africa competing in the Olympics its nto like there's as much opportunity in Africa to do sports liek there is in the west

But what really matters is the % of athletes that go into sport who ENTERS more into the world of sport blacks or whites?
