Could a Dutch sea dam out to the Bahamas protect Florida coast from being undated because of raising water ?

This is far future event but if the oceans rise it might be an idea

Florida will be always dated--today it is Dec 21, 2020 there.  No "undated" in its future, ever.

Flooding is always there now.  Miami Beach raised Collins Avenue recently about 6 feet.  Storefronts are now walk-downs.

No- Waters around Holland are shallow.   The Gulf Stream goes between Florida and Bahamas- more water moving in it than iin all the rivers of the world combined.   Deep- 1000's of feet too.
