    As long as "whatever" doesn't include being rich, like the 1%. That privilege is reserved for their offspring.

    Of course not. You cannot choose to be the King of England, nor can you choose to be a fish or a chess master. You can want to be any of those things, or tens of thousands of other things but wanting something does not make it so. Many things take time and hard work, other things are impossible. But it is good to have dreams.
