It is recommended people avoid high-fat foods including foods that are fried and greasy. Consuming fat-free and low-fat containing foods are recommended as well as eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. Food such as potatoes with skin, oats, barley, whole grain bread, nuts, and fruits and vegetables are options.

Your Surgeon or Physician should have given you a paper with post-surgery limitations:
Basically: Avoid high-fat foods, fried and greasy foods, and fatty sauces and gravies for at least a week after surgery. Instead, choose fat-free or low-fat foods. Low-fat foods are those with no more than 3 grams of fat a serving.
