No, not now.  Orange Man is the president right now, Joe is the president elect.  Joe becomes president when he's sworn in on January Somethingth (I didn't look up the exact date) of 2021.  It's a very official ceremony, the type where everyone wears a tie, and there is much applause and nobody gets drunk until after dinner.  THEN Biden becomes the president.

The Don will spend that day doing one of two things.  He'll either stay in the White House nailing all the doors shut, or he'll go to the inauguration ceremony and try to push past security and swear himself in before Joe can do it.  Either way, it will be funny as hell to watch.
