Will it be possible to get an RTX 3080/70 before Christmas from a retail store?

Im interested in purchasing a new graphics card for my brother (currently has a 1050ti) and saw that these have been sold out for a few weeks now. I found them online for way above market value but I can't spend that much more on the product. I was just wondering if they'll be in stock soon so I can purchase before the holiday.

Not sure on how it is in other countries though you should be able to.

It will be difficult because so many on the paid vacay of Corona bonus unemployment are buying them.
