No, it is not legal to kill someone merely for being racist. If the racist is actually attacking someone. it may be legal to use lethal force to stop the attack.

It's illegal to "murder" anyone. There are other terms for righteous killings, such as "self defense". But in that scenario these "racists" would have to be actively trying to kill you at the time you kill them. There's also the difficulty in proving someone is a racist as unless they have a swastika tatted onto their forehead this is a mindset and we can't yet prosecute thought crimes.

Murder no matter the reason Is illegal unless the person committed a crime and is punished via death by the system. Although they should make it punishable to be racist IMO
