What is being done about systemic sexism against women and male privilege?

Why aren't politicians addressing this? They have a responsibility to address it and promise action.

Very little unfortunately. It's still very much a patriarchal world and us women continue to be oppressed. But I'm hopeful for the future.

Not.Even.Nearly.Enough. Things will turn someday though and by that time I hope women never forget what men did to this world and go maximum level on men when men are robbed from all their rights and get bombarded by insults and offensive words billion times a day.

Because they don't exist.  Systemic racism is a myth.  If it were real then Asians, South Indians and other immigrants would not be as successful as they are.  If racism is only affecting one or two groups, then it's not system racism.  It's probably those people's fault for not getting an education.

And male privilege does not exist either.  However, female privilege exists.  Think about this, a male cop pulls a woman over...she pushes up her boobs and cries and he lets her go.  A man can't do that even with a female cop.  Women get off easier in court too.

So you can file systemic racism and male privilege in the FICTION section.

Not enough! That's why we need more feminist or at least female or even matriarch (to balance things out) leaders, politicias, lawyers, influencers, celebs, etc.

Nothing needs to be done.  They don't exist in our current age, anywhere in the first world.  In 1919 women could not vote by authority of the state.  That was systemic sexism.  In 1962, men could be paid more than women, and this too was authorized by the state.  That was male privilege.  Today, all of this and more  have been remedied to the point where systemic sexism against women does not exist.  There is no  law that discriminates against women just because they are women.  Male privilege is also illegal.  Men can not be privileged at the expense of women, and this is enforced by law.

Now here's the kicker.  Both systemic sexism against men and female privilege exist in our modern first world.  As a single example (of many), all men at age 18 must sign up for the Selective Service obligation or face penalties by the power and authority of the state.  That is state sanctioned legal discrimination against men, just because they are men.  Women on the other hand, have the state granted privilege of being exempt from this legal Responsibility.  Both of these are sanctioned by the state through its system of governance.  This means that it is systemic sexism against men, and Female privilege.
