No; Margaret was considered glamorous, stylish. Margaret was more interested in hair, makeup, and fashions than her sister, Queen Elizabeth II.

More Audrey Hepburn than Marilyn Monroe but without the big feet.

Not that I recall.
She was considered marginally prettier than the Queen -- though only if you squinted -- and since she was younger and freer to do as she pleased, the media were quite interested in her. They invested her with a "sexiness" she actually didn't much possess.
An analogy would be the Virgin Mary vs. Mary Magdalene in cultural history. The latter was actually (according to legend) a celibate hermit in her later years, but she started out as a supposed prostitute, so in Renaissance paintings, she's the blonde sex symbol in red while the Virgin Mary is the pure maternal figure in a veil and subdued blue.
