Could a top 6 club be relegated this season?
When I say top 6, I mean a club who were in the top 6 in the mid-90s and then think they are top 6 forevermore i.e. Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City (Yes they were a struggling club in the '90s), Everton, Tottenham, Chelsea.
The real top 6 now are Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Leicester, Man Cty and Wolves.

The top 6 has nothing to do with league place, and everything to do with finance. Top 6 should really mean rich 6 and It probably should be 5 seeing as the top 5 all have a wage bill of more than £200m.
Arsenal or United would be the two most likely teams to go down, but probably won’t.

No, of course not.

If you actually mean the proper top 6 clubs of the mid-90's then you have the wrong clubs. Everton have only finished in the top 6 7 times in its existence, where as Newcastle have 9. Newcastle are a possibility of being relegated and arguably the most likely team to be relegated. Of the teams you mentioned, no chance of them being relegated IMO
