Will a Krasnogorsk 2 lens fit on a Krasnogorsk 3 camera? ?

No.  At least not directly.  The Krasnogorsk 2 camera has a bayonet fit for its lenses, whereas the Krasnogorsk 3 has M42 (Pentax Screw) connection.

You MAY be able to get an adapter for Krasnogorsk 2 lenses to fit a Krasnogorsk 3 camera.

It depends. If it has the M42 screw mount it won't fit. If has the bayonet mount it will fit. The K-3 was produced with either mount, The K-2 with bayonet mount only. There's tons of M42 lenses around, though, from Pentax, KMZ, CSJ and a lot more. For cheap. Just in case.
