Should I force myself to eat?

I recently realized that I stopped eating a lot, but it’s because I’m not hungry throughout the day. I’ve noticed I been eating one meal a day, and it’s barely a full meal. 

Even when I do eat, I literally stop halfway because it’s boring and I get tired of chewing.

I’m currently 18 years-old about to turn 19 in a week, and I went from 119 (which has been the most I weighed) to 110 right now. I’m also 5’7/5’8 so I look really slim. 

But I read that it’s bad to force yourself to eat, so I’m not sure. But I’ve also been trying to gain weight. This post went everywhere I feel like but oh well.
