In Switzerland at the Large Hadron Collider, scientists are searching for the Higgs singlet particle, a sub atomic particle which is thought to be able to travel through time dimensions, the very time dimensions predicted by Albert Einstein. 

Einstein’s Theory of Special Relativity suggests that there are probably other dimensions of time which cannot be accessed by present day scientists with current technology. There is no way to definitively prove if the universe really is multi dimensional, but when we use multiple dimensions within physics, it helps balance equations which could not be balanced otherwise. We believe there are at least 10 separate dimensions, but until an individual or a team comes along with a model to prove this as fact _________________________________________________________

Also we cannot comprehend existence, although we can feel it. If we can feel ourselves, we can feel existence because there is no border between what we regard as the body and what we regard as the rest of existence.

We can feel it but we cannot comprehend what we feel, it is completely unknowable but who cares, we can feel it, and that should be enough for all of us.

You asked a question at the beginning, and then you went on saying other things that had nothing to do with your question. So I'm answering your question which seems to be a logical one.

The universe is full of unexplained events. We are starting to comprehend a few things, but the road is long and excruciating too.

Several things come to my mind as being hard to understand. The first and more important is Quantum Physics. Physicists do not know how it works, but at the same time they do know it does work!

Sorry, but your ‘question’ has errors and multiple speculations.

As a side note to one of the other answerers, the Higgs doublet of the standard model has been discovered, not a Higgs singlet.

Special relativity says nothing about there being other dimensions of time.

The paper this is based on ASSUMES The existence of multiple dimensions, and ASSUMES closed time-like curves (CTCs) can exist, ASSUMES Higgs singlets exist, among other unproven assumptions. I don’t think anyone takes this very seriously in the physics community.

The last two paragraphs of your ‘question’ have nothing to do with physics.
