Would Centrelink clients be too lazy to return a Woolworths trolley with a $1 coin in it. Even if was right outside the Centrelink?
Update:

Centrelink clients would walk off with the trolley and sell it for scrap.

Nothing to do with centrelink ( UK) but I have offered someone begging the chance to return my trolley and keep the pound and they just looked at me like wtf?

That dollar's perceived value is lowered if they have to work for it.

You seem obsessed with this $1 coin, I suggest you invest it wisely then have yourself cryogenically frozen for 2,000 years. When they thaw you out in the future the interest earned will have made you a billionaire.
