can I get an overseas payday loan and not pay them?

since it would be from a foreign country I am assuming there is no credit check and they will be unable to sue me and probably won't if the loan is small enough, like $100

Update:

if I get too much that would increase the chances of them suing but if its small enough, it will not be worth there time

Update 2:

would I b charged with fraud in my country or theirs

Unlikely that you could get such a loan without a national ID# (social security # in the USA) from the country in which the loan is being issued.  They will also be looking for verification of employment in their own country.

This type of fraud may end up on your credit score and affect it for years to come meaning people will not want to lend you money , it could also get you into trouble with the law .

They likely will not give the loan, specifically for that reasoni.

Where in the name of goodness are you going to get an overseas loan for $100?  I doubt any place that offers such loans would even be legal OR legitimate and not an internet scam. I don't think you CAN get one at all.

If you managed to do it, all they have to do is make a formal police complaint and your life is ruined.

It's a crime across borders; wire fraud. It would likely land with the FBI or whatever national law enforcement, as anyone doing that likely has (or will) commit other crimes.

The lender must have your full details and bank account info etc. to pay the money to you in the first place, so they have absolute evidence and it costs them nothing to send it.

    Nope. Not happening.

    They are not stupid.

    Not happening.

At the very least you would have to provide a physical address in that country and bank account details
