If you cut out eating everything out there that is bad for you; what would there be left to eat?

I understand what you say. I made a delicious lamb stew made with homemade stock, onions, potatoes, carrots, beer, and oatmeal, and after reading an article being made to believe I will die from heart disease from eating it.

Fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, lean proteins like fish, chicken, and turkey; water. Good stuff man! This is all we need

Vegetables, fruits, meats, eggs, fish, legumes, nuts, seeds, cheese and probably some other things that I missed.

    Everything else.

Just because your Doctor's tests show you are allergic or have a disease that is exacerbated by some food, you can continue with others.

Also, NO FOOD is BAD, only the quantity consumed is.

Vegetables, fish, seeds, nuts, fruit, oats, lean unprocessed meats. Sourdough bread is best for gut health.
