Wearers of spectacles, what is the best item to use to clean smudges from the glass?

    I used to just use dish soap, wash, rinse and dry.

    Water and a soft cloth.

    They should have given you a cloth for cleaning the specs. It is very soft and does not scratch. Do not use rough cloths of any sort, or kleenex.

    50/50 water and alcohol with a couple drops of Dawn dish liquid.  Microfiber cloth
