stomach pain?

i have hiatel hernia and ibs, but two days ago i started getting cramps on the LEFT lower part of my stomach this has never happened and i am young, my period starts in two weeks. it happens in the evening.

    Try Cats Claw- OTC herbal that can help cramps.

    It could be ovulation pain that's suddenly started. Most women don't experience any discomfort when they ovulate but it's possible. It could also be a flare of your IBS starting up. It's worth seeing a doctor just to make sure you don't have anything worse going like like an ovarian cyst.
