Why I can’t volunteer at food bank during COVID-19?

Ask the food bank. There is not universal rule on volunteers. I have logged over 200 hours volunteering with the Red Cross at blood drives this year. They have added rules that were not in place before Covid-19, but they still rely on volunteers at the check in desk and driving donations to the lab.
